Read the F.A.Q of PowerZap WhatsApp API
There are two ways of installing the app:
1) Accessing your Bitrix24, click on the option Applications in the left menu. In the search field, type “PowerZap WhatsApp API for Bitrix24.” Upon finding our application, open the link and click on the install button. When the installation is finished, open the application through the application list. Right after this, a window to define payment options will be open. Choose the one that you want and conclude the installation.
2) Access this link and type into the search field “PowerZap WhatsApp API for Bitrix24″. Upon finding our application, open the link and click on the install button. Right after this, a window will be opened asking you to place your intranet. In this field, type your Bitrix24 URL.
Opening the PowerZap WhatsApp API app, you can click “Add new number”. Just fill in the Nickname information of your number, choose the API (we recommend using PowerZap’s own integration), and confirm the registration on “Ok”.
Then, simply click on the sandwich menu of your registred numer and on “Link Open Channel”. This where you define which channel will receive messages from that WhatsApp number.
After that, the app is ready to be used!
From your Bitrix24, access the CRM menu. Through accessing any of the cards: Lead, Business, Contact or Company, you will get to the WhatsApp tab. The application screen will be brought forward when clicking on this tab, from which the messages are sent.
On this very same screen, it is possible to define the origin number (should you have more than one registered). You have to inform the message’s destination number or select the option so that the application itself looks it up as a contact number suggestion.
The field to type in the message will be below.
Fill out all the fields, hit Send and the message will be sent instantly.
You can access your chat history through the used card to send the message.
For example: if you sent a message through the LEAD card, all you have to do is click on the lead’s General tab and you will have access to the history of every message exchanged in a comment-like style.
Opening the PowerZap WhatsApp API app, you can click “Add New Number”. Just fill in the Nickname information of your number, choose the API (we recommend using PowerZap’s own integration), and confirm the registration on “Ok”.
You can access the messages sent through Britrix24’s desktop app or from the chat menu on your Bitrix24.
To see your messages, just click on the lateral chat menu on the option Open Channels. This is the place where all the interactions with the messages will be received.
From your Bitrix24, access through the left menu the option “Contact Center”.
Find the PowerZap WhatsApp API for Bitrix24 icon and click on it. When opening the application’s window, on the Open Channel Preferences, you must select the configured channel for the application.
Next, click on the button “Set it up” and right after this, you will have access to every setting option. Done, just configure the channel according to your needs and use the application.
