There are two ways to install the application:

1) Application menu from your Bitrix24

Click on the application menu, available on the left-side of your Bitrix24 and in the search field type in “eSignature”. If you cannot find this option on the menu, use the general search of the platform and, firstly, look up Applications and then, from within the marketplace, search for the application.

Upon finding the application, click to see the complete information and on “install”.

When the installation is finished, open the app by looking up “eSignature” in the search field of Bitrix24. A window will open up after doing that so that you can choose the payment option, and then the installation will be concluded.

2) Through the Bitrix24 Marketplace page

Click here to open the Bitrix24 application store. Click on install, place your Bitrix24 URL (ex. yourcompany.bitrix24.com.br). When finishing the installation, open the application and choose the paying option to complete the process.

Do not worry, you will not be charged for the 14 days, which are totally free. After this trial period, you can choose or not to move on with it.

Currently, only Bitrix24 accounts with commercial plans can install and use the applications. Be eSignature or any other available application in the marketplace. Should your Bitrix24 plan be FREE, activate the 15-day trial of the platform or click here to upgrade to a commercial plan.

Yes. If you want to purchase before the trial period ends, just access the application and click on “purchase”. You will be redirected to a purchase page to choose between the monthly or annual plans.

Not necessarily, but our integrator needs an integration token so that it can be activated and is able to exchange information between Bitrix24 and your electronic signature service. However, you may purchase a third-party signer that is compatible with our application.

We advise you to purchase the electronic signature service – some have free accounts or trials for a few days and, then, connect eSignature to make your trial days worthwhile within our app.

The application developed by Br24 does the connection between Bitrix24 and your electronic signature service. For every new signature request made by Bitrix24, we send information to the purchased service for you, which from then on performs operations on its own and gets back with the status information that you can accompany from our application.

With the Electronic Signature application installed and properly set up, you may require signatures in two ways:

Directly from the application: Access the Electronic Signature on the left lateral menu or look it up in the search field of your Bitrix24. On the screen of the application, there will be listed all the requests of signatures that have been made by Bitrix24.

From the Bitrix24 CRM: On the Business tab, look up the contact that you want to request a signature from and open the card. On the superior menu of your card, located below the phases, click on Electronic Signature.

Select the desired document for signature – created through Bitrix24 or available from your computer, fill out the sending information and hit send. At no moment will it be necessary to access the portal of your digital signer.

You can send documents for signing created through the very own Bitrix24 or upload external files in the formats .pdf, .doc or .docx.

Accompany the document status after sending it for signature. This can be done in two ways:

Access the CRM: Business, look up the desired contact. Click on the card and then on the superior menu, click again on the application link Electronic Signature. In this place, all the documents will be listed for this business, besides the status of the signature. It will be possible to verify which signers have filed their acceptance as well as check whether the document has been finished or is still open pending signatures.

Access the application Electronic Signature: For a macro vision of all the sent signatures or the ones that are currently in progress, access the application Electronic Signature in your Bitrix24. There, it will list all the documents, regardless of the business. This vision allows a swift search to check the statuses of the documents.

No. You may request sending as many electronic signatures as you please, so long they are within the service of your subscription plan. Furthermore, there are no permission limits per user.

For now ClickSign, D4Sign and DocuSign. But we will soon open for other popular digital signature services. Click here to suggest new electronic signature services.

No. Only if you need to set it up with our application again, which might occur in rare cases. From now on, all signature requests shall be accomplished through your Bitrix24.

If you continue using the website of your signature service, your requests will not be registered on Bitrix24 and will not be easily and quickly accompanied by the platform. The documents created outside of Bitrix24 will only be registered on the website of the service purchased by you.

No. Once created outside of Bitrix24, your electronic signature requests will not be able to be imported into the platform. Only the ones that were created and transmitted via Electronic Signature stay in the history of Bitrix24.

No. Each purchase of the application Electronic Signature matches its use in a given Bitrix24 account. To use the application in other portals, it will be necessary to require one more purchase.

By default, every user registered in your Bitrix24 account. Should you need to restrict the access, use the settings of the platform to allow only selected employees.

We provide support only to what concerns our application for Bitrix24. Specific issues about the electronic signature service shall be treated with the responsible company. Click here should you not be sure whether the problem is with our application or with the electronic signature service.

No. Our application is exclusive for electronic signature services, which has provable efficacy from an element on the screen of your device and, that, in this case, depends on the standard chosen by your service. Digital signatures that require the ICP-Brasil Digital Certificate and have the same juridical value of manual signatures do not belong to the scope or our Electronic Signature application.

No. You can continue operating with another electronic signature service so long as it is compatible with our application. Get in touch with our support team for further orientation before proceeding with this change.

Yes. You will not be able to access your history through Bitrix24 because you will lose access to the application. However, you will be able to access the same information through your electronic signature service, even if you did not create the documents directly there. Bitrix24 sends the information to your signature service, which registers and accomplishes every subsequent action.

Plan renewals, whether monthly or annual, are automatically put into effect should the initial period purchased expire and the customer does not manifest any intention of terminating the service usage.

Our application will stop working from the moment that you cancel your plan with the electronic signature service provider. It is paramount that you have an active account to use all of the benefits of our application.

Firstly, your electronic signature service. According to the GDPR and LGPD laws, Br24 is also responsible for your data, but only as long as they are transferred between Bitrix24 and your electronic signature service. We use appropriate technologies to safely exchange data thoroughly. Should you be suspicious of information leaks, get in touch with your digital signature service.
